Café Boho was founded by Alice Mantle in May 2024, bringing a unique, bohemian flair to the heart of Hayling Island. With her roots deeply embedded in the island’s rich history of food and drink establishments, Alice followed her passion for hospitality, creating a cosy yet trendy space for locals and tourists alike.

Located just a short walk from the beach, Café Boho is more than just a café - it’s a destination for those looking to unwind in a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a distinctive style. The café is adorned with natural wooden textures and eclectic décor, combining comfort with a modern aesthetic.

Inspired by her love for simple yet flavourful food, Alice crafted a menu cantered around toasted ciabattas, featuring favourites like the salami ciabatta and the spicy tunacado ciabatta. Paired with freshly brewed coffee, freshly squeezed juices, and a selection of pastries and cakes, Café Boho has quickly become a hotspot for foodies and coffee lovers.
